Enjoy Nature

Ikuta Ryokuchi Park is the largest natural environment in Kawasaki. At the beginning of summer irises are in season.

The Japan Open-air Folk House Museum, the Taro Okamoto Museum of Art, the Kawasaki Municipal Science Museum and many other sites are also located in Ikuta Ryokuchi Park.

Enjoy Breathing

Get away from it all by settling into your being and noticing the motions of your body, one breath and one step at a time.

10:00am: Walk toward Ikuta Ryokuchi Park

What to Expect:

  • We will meet at 09:45 and walk toward the park at 10am.
  • If it’s raining, we will just walk around the park.
  • If it’s dry; we can find a place to sit.
  • I will guide us in meditation, including walking meditation.
  • Feel free to take off your shoes; whatever makes you comfortable.

What to bring

Whatever you need to take care of yourself. Bring water and consider sunscreen. Come wearing lightweight shoes and maybe a bag for them just in case you need to put them on during the walk!

Self care is important, so wear shoes whenever you need to!
