Hammerhead Shark Diving by Shark Diver

To insure[sic] the best results we will be “chumming” the water with fish and fish parts. Consequently, there will be food in the water while divers are in the water. To insure your safety, we will usually have one or two crewmembers in the water as safety. Please be aware that these are NOT “cage” dives, they are open water experiences.

I wonder if they’ll be leaving this quote on their site… I wonder if they’ll still chum the water… I hope they’ll stay in business!

Discovery News : Discovery Channel

Climate modeling for the year 2100 which shows the possible climate range for pythons moving northward and swallowing up northernmost parts of Texas and Arkansas, the southeast half of Kansas, the southern half of Missouri and parts of southern Illinois and Indiana. Nice!

UFOs coming

He also said technology that can travel so far and fast through space would disrupt the energy infrastructure, making dependency on fossil fuels obsolete — a notion corporate stockholders would reject. Knowing the government knew such technology existed for decades also likely would enrage the public, he added, given the current energy crisis and the number of years that evidence has been available.

Yes.

I’m ready to shake things up here on earth. If it takes an undeniably present appearance of UFOs, let’s do it.

Confirmation & Update on Secret UFO Meeting at UN

They pointed out that the “unambiguous showing up” of extraterrestrial life – sitting over major cities - would occur in 2017, rather than 2013 as described in the earlier article.

D’oh!  This is getting out of hand!  4 years back in just one day!  ;-)

I’m still pretty excited.

Please, impeach Bush and Cheney

Maverick Republican Drops WC Bomb on Bush/Cheney

After passing out copies of the second chapter of Patrick Buchanan’s “Day of Reckoning”- as supporting evidence, Vaillancourt opened his remarks quoting “fools rush in where wise men fear to tread”-, and it sounded like a set up to condemn a rush to impeach. But instead he said that Betty Hall is neither fool nor wise man, but is a model of courage and that her impeachment resolution should be supported.

Thank God for people in higher and higher positions of political power vocalizing that the GW Bush years have been nothing but a nightmare worthy of impeachprisonment.

gravity lamp

Thursday, February 21st, 2008

Clay Moulton - Core77’s Greener Gadgets Design Competition 2008

Gravia is an LED-lit floorlamp energized by people. To light Gravia, the user places a mass approximately 48″ above the ground, that, in falling, powers a mechanism, generating electricity. Gravia harnesses the potential energy imparted by the user, rather than relying on any existing electrical infrastructure.

This is a must have item.  Too bad it doesn’t seem to be for sale yet!

I’d like to have a version that’s as easy to use as an hour glass.  Just flip it over and light pours out!
